Hi Rosie, yes, I feel your pain with the OHS... when I was rehabbing my shoulder it was the bane of my existence! ... and some just don't have the mobility to execute it on any level.... which is why I included the single arm overhead dumbbell squat... this is a much friendlier version that still provides fantastic benefit! .... and thank you for listening to the Podcast with Julie! OHS is my least favourite movement in CF however for the past 8 years I keep practicing. That dam stiff upper thoracic on my 68 year old body.
