Thank-you for this, Carla!! I have now been pushing myself to do full pushups vs on my knees. I have surprisingly made so much progress in just a few weeks. I didn’t think it was possible! I think if I gave myself permission to drop to knees, I missed out on the chance to push myself to get stronger. Thanku!! :)

That is excellent! It's amazing how a simple modification that maintains core engagement can create an opportunity to build strength in the chest and shoulders. Keep up the good work!
