I really like your coach's comment; we know that we should train our weaknesses, but somehow putting it as "diving headfirst into it" makes it seem more fun, less daunting. Reminds me that fitness is fun, not a chore. Thank you!

You are most welcome! Coach Erika is a former CrossFit games team athlete and has so much wisdom to share... I'm lucky to have her! ...and yes, when you move so far out of your comfort zone it does get kinda fun!
