My Friends!
This week I need to recharge my batteries and just chill. Like so many clients whom I see, I am running in so many directions being a doc, performance consultant, mom of a 19-year-old college student, wife, and recreational athlete - that I forget where I am. My advice to my clients is always to take time for “you” and recharge. Prioritize your mental well-being and dial down the madness because if you don’t, it will catch up to you.
Well, it’s time that I take my own advice! My family and I are enjoying this week in Wakefield, New Hampshire at this beautiful home we are renting on Pine River Pond. I have committed to minimizing my time on technology and just soaking up all that Mother Nature has to offer.
