On Vacation!

Well... not exactly a vacation

My Friends…

This week I need to give my undivided attention to some big life changes that are hitting me all at once - we are moving out of our home of 15 years in Massachusetts to Pompano Beach, Florida, and sending our son off to college. He’s our first and our last just adding to this emotional whirlwind. …not to mention, transitioning out of my partnership with Boston IVF and gearing up to go out on my own and follow my life’s passion full-time.. and that is, taking care of all you bad-ass ladies!!!!!

So my goal this week is to try to take my own advice …. being kind to myself, taking what my body needs, and never skipping the yoga, warm-up or cool-down. Let’s see how I do!
