What was previously the FitforLifeMD Weekly FitChallenge, is now a new and improved publication that covers much more than workouts and nutrition. You will still get the Weekly Functional Fitness Workout every Monday (Your weekly Superhero Training) and in addition, Thursdays will bring a wide variety of content speaking to the issues that matter most for fitness-minded, mid-life women. You will see medical updates from the latest medical literature, original articles written by Yours Truly, podcasts, discussion feeds and so much more! You will even have the ability to opt in/out of certain categories of posts so you can receive only what is interesting to you - or… just take it all in! The posts are also interactive! So please feel free to comment. I would love to hear from you!

Dr. Carla DiGirolamo is a double Board-Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist who has dedicated her career to caring for women through all stages of reproductive life. She is also a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner. Carla is a life-long athlete, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and member of CrossFit Health. She was also recently named to the MedFit Medical Advisory Board.
