Warm Up and Movement Practice
TABATA 20 sec of work/10 sec of rest x 6 min (3 rounds of the 4 movements in sequence)
Single under jump rope or simulated jump rope
V-Up (see video link for options if V-Ups are not possible)
Push-up (see video link for modifications)
** Use this warm-up to select the options you will use in the workout. This is a high-volume workout, so choose movement options you can do confidently.

100 single-unders (50 double-unders) or 100 simulated jump rope (break up sets as needed)
8 V-Ups
10 jumping air squats (sub air squats if you need a low impact option)
8 push-ups
