Hi Bryan... thanks so much for your comment! I love kettlebell training - especially for people who have never lifted weights. It's real strength training without the intimidation and can build confidence and physical strength - which in and of itself is important - but also if one wants to take weight training to the next level. Sounds like your wife has already figured all this out! :)
My wife is partial to kettlebells and has become pretty skilled after working with a trainer the past few years. She’s in her later 40s, has hypermobility, and could very likely kick my butt.
