Thanks for the turkey chili recipe, I'm going to try that this weekend. I also substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. I find that Chobani brand is very close!
I'm curious about your modification to halve the beans. Do you mind saying why you go with this mod? I'm asking as I'm wondering if there's a dietary aspect of beans I'm unaware of or that I should be considering. If it's personal to your body and you'd really prefer not to say, I completely understand. Thanks!
Thoughts I'd come by to say that I made the recipe this weekend (with full bean content - I have a huge crock pot). It's delicious! I portioned it into canning jars and put them in the freezer to enjoy throughout April and early May (if it makes it that long). It's delish!
That's fantastic! I didn't even think about freezing it... what a great idea! ... and I should probably invest in a bigger crock pot! <LOL>. I'm glad you enjoyed the recipe! Thanks for sharing.
Very disappointed with your promotion of the article by Sara Gross. As a mother of a trans-identified child who spent years following the research, talking to other parents in the same situation, following detransitioners and their horrifying stories, reading stats on big pharma profits and gender-affirming 'professionals' mutilating children while guaranteeing profits for life as these kids become medical patients for the rest of their lives, I could not believe someone would publish and promote this content without proper research on the topic. The stats cited in this article have been proven false but yet is still being referenced and stated as facts.
Kat, thank you for the comment. If I have offended you, I am truly sorry. It was not my intent.
Thank you for sharing Sara Gross's article. I appreciate that she starts from a place of inclusion with these issues.

Hi Kim! Thanks so much for reaching out! I halve the beans only because it overflows my crock pot! ... strictly a volume issue- nothing dietary! 😊
